All KWS Security guards are fully vetted, professionally trained and licensed in accordance with British standards and the requirements of the Security Industry Authority. KWS Security value training and additional courses are available to meet your specific requirements and any specialist needs.
Performance of all KWS Security staff is monitored and managed. A critical feature of this is feedback from you, the client. Our management and supervisory team work together, conducting regular online meetings with our clients and with our staff (face- to-face meetings, where required, are also available).
